Rob,starting the soup diet Thursday.Any idea if I can still do these things while on it?
1.Protien shake
2.Energy drink (sugar free) before work-out
3.Isopure protien drink after work-out (0 carbs)
4.Xyience NOX-CG3 before work-out and half dose on off days
